<\/a><\/p>\nThis was my introduction to the Bird and Flower Market<\/p>\n
I visited the Bird and Flower Market yesterday. Bird Market is a misnomer as it sells much more than birds.\u00a0 It was extremely congested with both stock and visitors and seeing the critters and getting decent photos was just about impossible.\u00a0<\/p>\n
It had furry critters unseen in Australia plus lots of strange birds.\u00a0 It even had a furry critter which changed its identity while I watched.\u00a0 Those with limited space were not forgotten with a range of odd critters available for sale.<\/p>\n
\u00a0 Here is theMouog with his mouse friends<\/p>\n Some neighbours. There were some very dark coloured squirrels too<\/p>\n Here he is with some rabbit friends. He was interested in them and they in him.<\/p>\n This critter which looks like it belongs in a kids toy cupboard was their upstairs neighbour<\/p>\n The rest of the birds were in small cages and impossible to photograph properly.\u00a0\u00a0 Apart from some hoopoes I think they were song birds<\/p>\n Tortoises came in a variety of sizes with the really small ones sharing with crabs.<\/p>\n This was the only spider I saw but its neighbours were very common as were some black beetles.<\/p>\n Coloured chickens<\/p>\n The bulk of the flower section was not nearly as congested nor as well patronised and I didn\u2019t see anything I\u2019ve never seen before.<\/p>\n Part of the flower section<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
